JSO Schwerin and JSO kids with Christmas sounds and a world premiere
On Saturday, December 13, 2025, the Schwerin Youth Symphony Orchestra will perform a festive Christmas concert together with the JSO kids.
The event begins at 6 pm in the auditorium of the Fridericianum grammar school. The varied program includes compositions by Johann Sebastian Bach, Joseph Haydn, Ludwig van Beethoven, Peter Tchaikovsky and Edward Grieg. This time, visitors can look forward to a world premiere: "Ephemeral Mosaic" - a composition by the current orchestra director of the JSO Schwerin Johann Ahl de Oliveira - will be performed for the first time at this concert.
The orchestras will be conducted on the evening by the composer himself, Maria Schöne and Anne Christin Möbius. Admission is free, but donations to support the work of the ensembles are requested.
