In 7 course sessions, you will learn:

The first form, “Everything comes from emptiness”

The principle of “Strings” (fascial connections)

How to use grounding and balance deliberately for your well-being

The course is open to beginners and advanced practitioners. The exercises are easy to learn and show noticeable effects after just a few sessions.
