Women of all ages can do something about the "winter blues" in this workshop!
Various instructors will provide 3 hours of instruction in the areas of gymnastics, dance and relaxation techniques and will lead a Saturday morning full of movement with all participants.
Afterwards we will have brunch together.
Admission is free.
Please bring a contribution for the brunch and a gymnastics mat.
