This course is for everyone aged 14 and over and costs 145 euros.

You don't need any other qualifications or special fitness level!

We do efficient exercises and techniques that everyone can implement to feel comfortable again, be more self-confident, and have the opportunity to defend themselves in an emergency.

TIMES:

Sat 2:00-5:30 pm and

Sun 10:00-13:30
