In the middle of the city of Hamburg, the Japanese Garden in Planten un Blomen is an oasis of peace and a place of reflection. In harmony with East Asian philosophy and the essence of Japanese garden art, the Japanese Garden in Planten un Blomen was designed in 1991 by garden architect Yoshikuni Araki from Osaka.
