Family gymnastics with children: from 10:15 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. for 1-3 year olds and from 11:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. for 2-4 year olds in the sports hall on Sethweg in Niendorf. Gymnastics, climbing, running – here the little ones can let loose and really get active.

Please bring sneakers, comfortable sportswear, and some water to drink. Have fun!
