Hello Hamburg, we are Rena & Uta, two residents of Niendorf, and with Reconnect Souls we have created a format that makes it possible to reconnect here locally: Soul Evenings – once a month in Hamburg-Niendorf.

We often see that people live side by side, yet at the same time many actually want more genuine connection here in Niendorf and the surrounding area. That is exactly why we are opening this space – for community and connection.

Soul Evenings are evenings for unwinding, letting go, and connecting—getting out of your head and back into your body and heart. With elements of breathwork, bodywork, mindfulness, and many other tools and elements that we have learned on our own journey. This takes place in a safe setting in a small group.
