Children know exactly what they need. That's why at Kitarino we listen to them – and take their ideas seriously. In our Kitarino comfort spaces, children actively participate in shaping their daily lives, making decisions, and experiencing what it means to be heard. This creates spaces where they can develop their personalities, grow in confidence, and feel a sense of belonging.

On Family Day, we at Kitarino make participation tangible: with creative hands-on stations, a collaborative project, and open discussions about how children experience co-determination and how we support them individually. Self-confidence, relationships, and democracy begin where children know: My voice counts.
