Holistic Capitalism, All Shall Prosper & Econonmics of Mutuality

How do we design an economy and society that does not permanently destroy itself, but instead generates lasting flourishing for all participants?

This one-day conference is aimed at decision-makers, entrepreneurs and shapers from across Europe. It focuses on practical alternatives to pure profit maximisation and to purely state-driven redistribution.

Dr. David Hodgson, founder of Kingdom Initiatives and owner of the Paladin Group, presents Holistic Capitalism and the principle “All Shall Prosper”: designing economic decisions so that owners, employees, suppliers, communities and even competitors can prosper.

Dr. Sascha Ferber, historian and author of “Honesty, Fairness and Corruption in European History” and “A New Epoch of Enlightenment”, shows why honesty, fairness and institutional integrity have been preconditions of lasting prosperity across 2,500 years of European history.

Dr. Arleen Westerhof, founder of the European Economic Summit and Director of the Rotterdam Center for the Economics of Mutuality at Erasmus University Rotterdam, speaks about purpose beyond single-bottom-line profit, reciprocal relationships and returns from multiple forms of capital.

Dipl.-Ing. Dick Westerhof, civil engineer and IT entrepreneur, explains from business practice how economic activity can be designed so that owners, employees, suppliers and communities prosper together. Conference language is English. In response to interest in German-speaking countries, individual translation into German will be provided.

The ticket includes the programme from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., lunch, drinks and break catering. Early-bird tickets cost 154 euros until 30 September 2026, and 189 euros thereafter:
