This course can be attended by all who have a desire for movement and relaxation. Both yoga beginners and yoga experienced will get their money's worth in this course. The right exercise will be found for everyone and everyone will feel strengthened and deeply relaxed. Yoga postures, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques will be practiced.
