The further education for the support staff according to §§ 43b, 53c SGB XI creates the conditions for a care activity in old day care centers as well as in outpatient or inpatient facilities. The quatraCare Health Academy offers the subject-specific qualification with three main focuses, which makes it possible to work in different fields.

All three courses offer a basic module, which includes the following topics:

Healthcare and Nursing Structures
Health education and promotion
nosology
hygiene
Legal framework
Employment and recreation
Death and dying
care concepts
documentation
First aid course

This is followed, if necessary, by a 4-week specialization module, which reflects one of the four main topics and then includes a 4-week internship.
