Fit im Park – Bewegungstreff für Ältere

For everyone who wants to exercise regularly in the fresh air and keep fit. The park, with its uneven paths and different surfaces, offers the best conditions for training balance, sure-footedness and endurance. Exercises to strengthen muscles and relax help to improve well-being and resilience. Joint activity in a group is fun and motivating. No previous knowledge or special fitness is required. The course takes place under qualified supervision.
