DANCE SPECIFIC MEDICAL ADVICE

In collaboration with dance medicine specialist and former dancer Dr Anja Hauschild, K3 offers dance medicine consultations. The consultations are aimed at professional dancers and dance professionals of all styles. They are designed to prevent injuries and chronic overuse injuries and to promote health and performance. The 30-minute one-on-one consultations focus on topics such as body-matched training, analysis of your own dance technique, potential risks in your everyday dance and professional life, and management of chronic injuries and conditions.
