Ritual Dance Weekend Workshop with Stephanie Bangoura and Massa Dembélé
Look forward to a dance jam to get a taste or optionally spend the entire weekend immersed in dance experiences, where you will be carried by the group. Musicians from Africa will accompany you live. Feel, express, and let go. Art, dance therapy, and spirituality flow together.

Sunday: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM
In the dance ritual, we create a protected space together, where emotions are experienced and reflected on autonomously. Each dance workshop focuses on an archetypal emotion.
In the Dance of Liberation, we access the power of our aggression. Aggressions help us make decisions and cut off unwanted connections.
The myth of liberation teaches us to follow our intuition. When we do, there is no need for discussion, justification, or explanations. In the Dance of Liberation, we learn how the wind disappears, reappears, and how we independently embark on our own path.
We practice appreciation, openness, and acceptance of everything that is. This fosters self-awareness and self-healing.
As always in Ritual Dance Pedagogy, all bodies and levels of dance experience are welcome.
