What exactly constitutes family? Seven-year-old Anni lives with her parents in a high-rise building. Her parents never have much time for her. So Anni often feels lonely, but luckily, many other families with lots of children live in the building. Whether playing soccer or collecting recyclables, hopscotch or flying kites, hanging out on the clothesline or playing fort, there's always something going on. A building full of children's noise and neighborhood chatter.
