Get to know wild herbs throughout the year. This year-long course combines herbalism and ancient healing knowledge, culinary and shamanic aspects, and experiences of other realms of reality. Over eight weekends, herbalist Chrissi Breyer will guide you through the year of powerful and healing wild plants at the Niendorfer Gehege in Hamburg. In addition to identifying plants and their uses in the kitchen, you'll learn interesting facts about folk medicine as well as wonderful stories, myths, and fairy tales related to herbs.
Intuition training, body awareness and breathing exercises, shamanic drum journeys, and Native American wisdom round out this seminar, as do the often forgotten eight sun and moon festivals of the Earth. All of this transforms the course into a journey that can bring participants closer to nature and to themselves.
