    Testimonies and the culture of remembrance of Marianne Grunthal, Dr. Jakob Schwichtenberg, Museums of the State capital Schwerin

    On May 2, 1945, Marianne Grunthal, a teacher from Zehdenick, was cruelly murdered by members of the Waffen SS on the station forecourt just a few hours before the arrival of the US forces.

    This last victim of National Socialist tyranny in Schwerin will be remembered in this lecture.
