Hatha Yoga is a holistic way to health, mental clarity and inner peace. Yoga, in whose center the guided breath and effective body posture, gives strength. Through the asana (postures) tendons and ligaments are gently stretched and strengthened the circulation. The exercisers become more flexible and their strengthened muscles allow you a better posture. Through pranayama (breathing exercises), concentration, relaxation and meditation it comes to mindfulness in dealing with "SELF".
