On May 3 & 4, 2025, the 13th pottery market will take place in Friedrichsmoor. A good 50 ceramists from all over Germany will come together in the park of the lovingly renovated forestry office in Friedrichsmoor, including a colleague from Gmunden/Austria for the first time.
Over the last 12 years, the pottery market in Friedrichsmoor has developed into an established regional and national event and is now known and appreciated throughout Germany in the ceramics scene. It is very popular with both the public and the exhibitors and is actually prepared and organized year after year with a lot of love, dedication and a good dose of idealism!
As usual, the standard of the market will be kept high, there will be entertaining and atmospheric live music and the parking lots will remain as they have been in the past.
Food and drink will also be catered for, with mainly regional vendors to feed the average of 4,000 - 6,000 visitors!
Once again this year, the cultural contribution of €2, which was introduced for the first time in '24, will be charged at the entrance directly on Schlossallee. The response this year has been overwhelmingly positive and the need for it is understandable.
Admission is of course free again for children and young people up to the age of 17.
