Connect and Flow enhances movement vocabulary, body awareness, and personal expression through improvisation. The class begins with a warm-up focusing on spatial orientation, stamina, strength, technique, and grounding.
The session then explores body flow through task-based exercises, encouraging dancers to experiment with impulses, textures, and movement qualities. Imagery and prompts foster creativity, helping dancers explore unique pathways and transitions.
